These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of juicyp.com and your purchase of Juicy P. products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & perishability

Juicy P. products are fresh, cold-pressed, unpasteurized beverages and are highly perishable. They must be kept refrigerated and consumed by the date printed on the label. You are responsible for proper handling and storage after delivery.

3. Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, correct pricing errors, and limit quantities. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

4. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the interval you select until you cancel. You may cancel or modify a subscription before the next billing cycle through your account or by contacting us.

5. Shipping & returns

Because our products are perishable, we generally cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

6. Health disclaimer

Our products are foods, not medicine. Statements about ingredients have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Unpasteurized juice may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, pregnant people, and those with weakened immune systems. Consult a healthcare professional with any questions about your diet.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Juicy P. name, logo, label designs, text, and graphics, are owned by Juicy P. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juicy P. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
